	THOMAS: The Hospital Optimisation Model and Scheduler In 2022, Humphreys et al. published "An Overview of Hospital Capacity and Optimisation". Their research identified a gap in the availability of detailed mathematical decision-support tools for hospitals. To bridge this gap, we developed THOMAS-The Hospital Optimisation Model and Scheduler. This unique tool is a generic and scalable digital twin of a hospital, equipped with an optimisation algorithm specifically designed to enhance operating theatre scheduling.

	SPECTRUM: Pit-to-Port Strategic Planning and Risk Management System This digital twin automatically creates a schedule based on user inputs and operational strategies. SPECTRUM can quickly test various strategies, allowing mine planners to see the impact of their decisions across the whole supply chain. It optimises multiple objective functions, including profit, resource utilisation and allocation.

	SPARC: Sales, Performance and Reporting of Contracts SPARC is a data repository, reporting suite, and decision support tool for mining companies' operations and logistics. It is also a strategic tool managers use to ensure that marketing, production, sales and forecasts align whilst ensuring contractual obligations. SPARC also features several algorithms that optimise business objectives.

	Excel @ Business: Operational and Financial Model This is a stochastic model that summarises the operations of the whole company to provide a snapshot of company performance projected into the future. The sensitivity analysis function is particularly useful for management to understand the effect of business decisions on the bottom line. This tool allows key stakeholders to gain better insight into risk exposure, cash flows, capital investment, and profitability.
